COMPANY PROFILE

The journey began in 1980 when Mr. Mahender Kumar Gupta purchased 5 vehicles and started his transportation business on the Delhi - South route.

Having completed his graduation from Delhi university in 1990, Mr. Lalit Gupta joined his father and expanded the business by moving to Mumbai in 1992 and also increasing the fleet strength with the help of his younger brother Mr. Jitender Gupta.

Residing in Mumbai & Delhi respectively, Mr. Lalit & Jitender Gupta collectively overlook the entire business. Having experience of more than 3 decades of the company is now fully equipped to provide a thorough logistics platform for domestic logistic requirements with more than 40 offices all over India.

Equipped with our own ERP, LGBLS takes into account the requirements of all its valued customers and has installed GPS facilities on all its vehicles. Our current fleet of 400+ vehicles includes 40ft flatbed Trailers, 32ft Single/Multi XL Containers, and 45 feet container vehicle

We are also approved by INDIAN BANKS ASSOCIATION under code DL-1356.

OUR HISTORY

Under the leadership of Mr. MK Gupta, in the year 1980 All India Road Transportation Company was established. Initially with the mere fleet of 5 vehicles, the business started on the Delhi – South route. In the year 1990 and 1992 Mr. Lalit Gupta and Mr. Jitender Gupta joined the organization respectively. With collaborative efforts, in the year 1996, more 75 trucks were added to the fleet.

The year 1999 had been a crucial year for the company as the entire branding of the organization was done and All India Road Transport got renamed to LGBLS (LG Brothers Lorry Service). Herewith there was no holding back for the company. In the years 2005, 2006, 2010 and 2012, 450 vehicles combining of 32 ft. SXL & MXL and 40 ft. flatbed trailers were purchased simultaneously.

Mr. Lalit Gupta, a qualified graduate from Delhi University, holds the post of Group Managing Director. He joined the organization in 1990 and played a major role in expanding the business. Mr. Lalit Gupta sets a brilliant example of benefiting from first movers advantage, wherein he saw the formidable strength and bright future the sector holds in India. With his risk taking ability, perseverance and a dynamic vision he achieved the short term target of expanding the fleet to 500+ vehicles, a pan India presence and 200+ crores turnover. He is a hands on leader and believes in tackling every problem head on, he doesn’t let fear or doubt come in his way and is till date leading by example

Jitender Gupta

Mr. Jitender Gupta, a qualified graduate from Delhi University, holds the post of Group Managing Director. He joined the organization in the year 1992. An expert in accounts and finance, he is responsible for all accounting aspects of the company. Due to his calm and composed demeanor he has forged some impeccable relations with our clients and hence has been instrumental in shaping the business. His ability to remain absolutely calm in the most difficult times is a trait to learn.

Mr. Yug Gupta, Next-Gen Director, is a young achiever and a graduate in Management from Mumbai University.
He is in charge of HR department, Public Relations & Business Development. He believes in a customer driven organization where we meet all the requirements & expectations of a client.
